Cat found on South Whiteness road
This big, very friendly tabby was found some time ago on South Whiteness road. He was well fed and groomed when he arrived at the house of one of our supporters and quickly made himself at home. Unfortunately, her cats do not like him and are terrified of him, although he is not aggressive nor challenging. She is therefore unable to keep him. He may have hitched a lift in a builders/decorators van and could be from anywhere on Shetland. He may have been a house cat because he does not like the outdoors.
He is a young, neutered cat. He has black and grey stripes and a brownish coloured underbelly. He has black lips and eye lining, big amber eyes and good teeth. He is very fond of chocolate and crisps and likes dry cat food. He enjoys being picked up and carried about; he puts his paws up against his legs to communicate that he wants this. He also 'suckles' on jumpers!
If you are the owner of this cat or you think you may know who this cat belongs to, please get in touch with Hille Buckley-Jones, on 01595 840 586. |
